We want to share a little bit of information for all of our fans going to cheer on our Longhorns tonight. The map shows where to park and has a star on the house where Malcolm is hosting a tailgate and would like to invite Longhorn fans to join. All seating is on the east side of the field. The visiting fans will occupy the north half of the bleachers. No fans will be allowed behind the team benches. There is some standing room to the north of the bleachers along the hillside, but fans are to remain inside the fenced in area. Finally, only coaches, players, and team personnel are permitted on the field at the conclusion of the game. Parents and fans should wait for your team to exit the stadium if they need to meet with the players.

Today the first graders are learning about biomimicry in Science, the process by which we can imitate the various protections that animals use, such as the quills of the porcupine, the stinger of the scorpion, or the camouflage of the frog. Great work science investigators!
